Hands down the easiest move i've ever had. They handled everything. I did have a small damage claim at the end of the move. They made sure the movers handled it quick! We had damages covered in 2 days. Move Navigator really came through for us!

The moving team Move Navigator recommended was phenomenal! We are satisfied with the seamless experience we had with this company. Our move was much larger than we had expected and they tailored to it all effortlessly. Not only did they work professionally and diligently, but they were friendly as well. It was nice to have a fun experience, considering moving is very stressful. Highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them for our next move. They are also reasonably affordable.

It sounded too good to be true, and I already had a friend who had a moving company who was supposed to be helping me out. So at first, I didn’t give Chris and his company Move Navigator a chance and I wish I would have the first time around because wow what a difference. Their movers were very professional. They were fast they were efficient. They were paying attention to detail wrapping you know certain items and making sure to stow them away in a certain way to not get scratches on stuff. We had four guys and a moving truck And it was as I stated extremely efficient. They were ready to go. They knew what they needed to do and they just got stuff done and really impressed me by the level of output that they were they were pushing. You could tell they all got along with each other and were friendly with me as well.

And …. they were a tenth of the price from the “friends” company I used earlier even though my friends company moved half the things… so great price also!

When I called for a quote, Chris was very helpful and asked questions regarding the move. After the call, he sent over a checklist for the move which ultimately sealed my decision for using his company.

The day of the move I met with Bobby, Jay, and Damien and they arrived on time and were ready to work. They got the layout of the house, started packing, and were very careful and worked very quickly. It was nice being able to step away and let them work since they were constantly packing the truck. Once we got to the new house, they immediately began unloading and put our furniture in the rooms where they needed to go. I highly recommend using Guaranteed Movers and if you are lucky to get Bobby, Jay, and Damien, these are the hardest workers I have seen, who are able to have fun throughout the move, and made the day less stressful as they did everything with care. Super polite and helpful!

If you do use Move Navigator, USE THE CHECKLIST. It made the move so much easier and the movers appreciated it as well. Just by breaking down furniture that you are able to, labeling clearly boxes and rooms, and moving items to a central location makes the move go so much easier.

I can't thank the movers enough for taking care of my items. If I were to ever move again, I would definitely being using their services again.

Chris and his team were great, I will be using them again next month on another move. I needed some flexibility on my end, which I’m sure was disruptive for the company, but Chris was extraordinarily flexible and helped me out immensely. His guys did a great job, were prompt and very friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I can see why these people have 5 stars. During the ups and downs of moving their customer service was outstanding. Patient and kind and super helpful. First people I will call next time I move before I even let anyone else know I moved.
